menu title inconsistency

When I change a menu title to be a Text Separator or a Menu Heading the title drops down to site below all the other titles. (see attached file).
How can this be rectified?

CSS wise - can you try adding this adjustment

#navwrap ul.nav li .nav-header {padding:0; margin:0; line-height:14px}
