We paid for the Joomla Bamboo snow template. Dec 28th 2007, However we can't find where we download this

from?



We got no email with a link to the file?



Please advise, I logged into the account "aces1" into the Joomla Bamboo

website but I could not see any download link for the template.

Yes Nigel purchased it with the aces1 login, he did this via the shop as he just wanted to buy the template pack Snow.

I downlaoded the template, and unzipped them for the Snow template. I am getting an error when I try and upload the Snow.zip folder into the template via the Joomla admin panel.



"Fatal error: Call to a member function getTagName() on a non-object in /home/aces1/public_html/administrator/components/com_installer/installer.class.php on line 167"
