Have a website using the Epicure template which really needs to be upgraded to a Joomla 3 website but probably is Epicure template only being J2.5 compatible.

Is there a way of doing this - or this is a lot of work?

Can a joomla 3 template be installed on a j2.5 website?

With buildr this is doable if you wanted to customise it

The ticket bits would be the banner image effect and the off panel ribbon

I will ask Arvind to see what he thinks

Not sure how to change my existing Epicure to J3 - wouldn't know what to do with BuildR. Any other suggestions or will this template be looked at soon.

PS. Tried to renew membership and codes jbrenewal don't work. Renewal due today.

Moving back to your site - I'd strongly suggest having a backup as the site is using vulnerable extensions

Do you have a working backup?

I would suggest using that as the base for the joomla update rather than the real site
