How do I change the title attribute in the logo anchor tag?

The anchor title for the top logo anchor still says the name of the template. I've found the code with Firebug but I'm not sure what file it's in in the template files. I want to change "NEW LIFESTYLE" to the name of my site.

Hi

You need to switch to the text logo and change the text and then switch back to image
