First let me say that in the template i went to Menu, One Page and removed all the references/text in that section.

Second i completely removed the bridesmaid/groomsman module

When i go to the site i still have the one page menu and it still has the bridesmaid/groomsman text in the menu. i want to kill this entirely and put my own menu in this section. i don't need a onepage menu system but i liked the layout and fonts for a b&b

Have you removed the one page menu in the drag and drop section?

and replaced with the standard menu position

i just checked and i have menu there not one page menu. i actually removed menu and left nothing there and saved it and it continues to show. database issue?

having other issues too like not able to install a second language. it says to rebuild the table, i did, no change. i checked the database and it says it is up to date. very peculiar issues.

figured this one out except for the languages thing which is another issue. there is a different template assigned to home. Wedding Home instead of Wedding default that i was using. probably the same solution for why i can't see grid 5 in other post i made

"rebuild the table" where are you in the system?

i am in install languages and when i click the install language, i can't select anything, usually a list of language packs come up. i need to install french canadian.

This is where the warning comes up after i hit install language.



i click the link Please rebuild your update server table which takes me to Update Sites. I select everything and click rebuild.i get the confirmation message: Message
Update sites have been rebuilt from manifest files.


I go back to languages and same issue.

Are you able to download and install the language packs from the joomla org site?
