Tried to renew with discount code says expired even though account is active

I have a current membership and went to renew based on your email today. The site rejected the discount code We are sorry: This coupon has expired.
although the account is still active.
How to resolve?

I just retried with jbrenewal as the discount code and get the same message "We are sorry: You can not use this coupon for this."

The coupon codes should have worked. Anyways, the migration is complete to the Unified System and the coupon code for 20% discount is RENEW in new system.
