Fresh install and a prior install which had a different template

php 5.6 - also tried 5.5 and 5.4

PHP memory is set at 64 meg

There are no PHP errors

Default setup for quick start

Nothing added to Joomla as I just wanted to see if your quick setup works right out of the box so to speak.

No Errors in Mod security so it's not caused by a firewall

We do suggest 128 mb as a minimum memory limit

php 5.6 is the minimum we recommend

If it still isn't working can you open a ticket?

I set it to a higher number 256Meg
Save for template settings now works but after saving
