Hi - Installed JB_Utafiti_Buildr_Quickstart_J365_v10 and have been developing site without issue.

Updated Joomla to 3.7.0 last week and now unable to update the Template layout or CSS, etc.

Updated Zen Tools to 2.3.3, but still experiencing following error when trying to make almost any changes (e.g. updating site text colour, accordion menu settings, layout changes, etc.):

Message:
Updating css for the utafiti theme.Error:{"readyState":4,"responseText":"","status":500,"statusText":"Internal Server Error"}Error:{"readyState":4,"responseText":"","status":500,"statusText":"Internal Server Error"}

Any ideas please?

Did you take a backup before updating the Joomla version?

What memory is on the hosting acccount?

Have you updated anything else at the same time e.g. php version?

What memory is on the hosting acccount? I'm on a shared server (as a 'reseller'), so hard to ascertain. Have raised hosting support tkt to ask.

Any security extensions installed on the site?

No. Just Backup, Form & Editor extensions installed.

Should I upgrade to php 7 anyway? Using PHP 5.6.24

You can upgrade - I'd make sure extensions support it - if using latest versions of JB they will work

With the site can you open a ticket and we can take a look (it will be tomorrow as its nearly 3am here)

Have migrated hosting to php 7 & updated form extension... System & front-end look good, no obvious issues.

Then have tried again to update Accordion Menu settings in 'buildr - Utafiti Home' template - and No 500 Internal Error msg..!!

But... CSS Update does not resolved in over 5 mins... Still showing Message:
Updating css for the utafiti theme.

Refreshed page and checked Accordion settings - have not saved.

If you can open a ticket we can take a look

please mention in the ticket you don't have a backup
