Can't display featured articles in home page

Hi all,
I can't display the featured articles in home page: it seems like I can't reach maincontent.
the site is here: www.toponomasticafemminile.com/sito/
All menus are set on buidr:couloushift
Is there something I'm missing?

Hi Vivaldo,

With the home page there is an option to disable home page content - this hides the content area

This is so a site can show only modules on the home page
