can not find background image again

So, now I can not find the background image for the What Others Say module on the home page. I looked in the spot that you last told me to for the last background image that I could not find:
templates>active template>design> grid 21 and under the style tab I did not see a background image. I am wondering through which mechanism was that background image specified?

We are looking at

is that correct?

If so you are looking for grid21 module and check the background image for this row

this is grid6wrap
