Why photos in grid module are out of focus?

Hello Friends,

The home page grid photos are blurry, but they are fine in their related articles. No matter what size I set those grids to, the photos are out of focus. Is there any way to sharpen this up? It's a problem. All other photos on the site are fine.

Hi

When this happens it normally means two things

1. The pictures are being enlarged so pixelate
2. The picture is distorted width or height

Normally it means they are enlarged

It is much better to shrink an image than it is to enlarge it

Aha... I went back to review the image settings and, although each photo had been uploaded as 300x300px, sharp as a tack, I had the image setting to resize 100x100 for some reason. Got rid of that, no resizing, fill container, and it worked!
