i have a problem with the grid4 template. I install the quickstart package and want change the template settings. But i don't understand what must i do? For example i want change the offcanvas trigger text from 'More' to 'Login'?

Or what can i do for change the background picture in the grid21 and grid13? But I can not find change options in the Template setting for the Background.

Hi Sven,

For off canvas you would need to click the menus tab on the left and then either click off canvas at the top or scroll down to the off canvas settings

For the settings you need to click the pencil on the row and that opens up the settings in the sidebar

To control the background image you need to click the style tab in this sidebar

Once you change the settings you need to close the row and then save

problem - trigger text in the offcanvas menu:
When i change the trigger text in the offcanvas menu and then press the save button then shows joomla 'updating css'. After reload the template shows the trigger text 'Menu' again. I think i can not save the changes in the css file or i use the wrong way?

problem background picture in the grid settings:
i can not find the overview that you send me. (picture 2) When i go in the template settings and then in the design settings i cant find grid settings (attached file). Where can i find this grid settings?

PS: I have the same Problem at other settings (for example Social button on/off can not be saved)

Ok there is something wrong there

Do you see any error listed in the web browser console window?

What memory limit is on the hosting account?

Do you have any security extensions installed?

Hi Paul,

i have checked the firebug Console - no error.
I have a Siteground Account (GrowBig) i think its enough memory available.
I have disabeld the security extension and lokal viren scanner.

all the same problem, i can not see the template layout and can not save the changes.

I have tested the site in 3 different Browser (Firefox, IE, Chrome). i have tested in two different operating systems win7 and win10.
