Empty space in the grid (Buildr template) and automatic bold fonts

I have a problem with a buidlr template here www.avtogeni-trening.si/demo/

1. In the grid, there is an empty space in boxed articles and the boxed articles are not aligned. What is the reason for that?

2. When I add or change the content in the articles it shows bold even though the text is not bold in the original articles, it just shows bold in the grid or in the faq.
