Hello Paul,I have exact the same problem as described in this post:

I followed these steps:
1. In the template settings go to effects and enable the css3 effects.
2. In the design panel go to the debug row and select the effect you want to use.
3. Click save which will recompile the css for your theme and include the css for the effect you just chose.
4. Now go to the module you want to apply the effect to and add the following class to the module class suffix: zen-animate fadeInUpBig
The effect happens as soon as the page loads, there is no scroll delay. So the effect has no effect
It is not a big deal, but do you know if there is a solution?

Hello Paul,Go to hetnatuurhuis.nl and scroll down a bit untill you see "BLOG VAN FAUNUS" (see attachment). Then refresh the page and you can see the effect that should have been delayed.
