Sticky nav sticks to mobile, even after set to 'disable'

When viewing the Backgrounder template on a mobile phone, it continues to show the logo, social media and background as a stickynav, even after setting it to 'Disable on Mobile' in template effects.
Is there a way to remove this and only show a menu icon once the page scrolls?

See here (on your mobile phone) alpinecider.com.au You will see that the logo takes up too much screen space when you start scrolling, and the menu button disappears (until you scroll back to the top of the page).

Any suggestions, greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Nick

Hi Nick,

I'd create a logo with and add it to the mobile logo position along side the toggle menu

Something like this - openalldoors.co.uk/buildr/

I've just created the module with no other settings or styling

Cheers

Thanks Paul,
I published my logo module to the mobile-logo position (placed in the logo row, together with the menu, Toggle-menu and Social) but it remains sticky on my phone, and I don't get the 'menu' label.

Would a quick solution be to load the Backgrounder saved settings?

With the mobile logo and toggle menu in a row set to show only on mobile

Hide the logo and normal menu row on mobile

Try that

Thanks Paul,
I played around with placement of the mobile-logo position.
I placed the mobile-logo in the top-left row of the template and gave it 'horizontal padding' to move it a little to the right on the page.
It now sits on the page permanently on the computer screen, and on the phone. Perfect.

Moving the toggle-menu to the top-right position means it stays there permanently, and the transparency only shows under the menu - also perfect.
(Previously, when the logo and menu were both in the 'logo' row, the transparency would fill the whole space to the bottom of the logo - which took up too much screen space on the phone.

So, problem solved (for now). Many thanks for your suggestions.
