Not really a Joomla Bamboo problem but thought somebody on here might be able to help!

I want to put a link on my menu to open a .PDF file when you click on the menu and I cannot think how to do it. Must be simple and just me showing my age!

Cheers.

Also perhaps have it opening in a new window depending on your preference?
