breadcrumb issues

I'm having trouble with breadcrumbs with
www.quercusmoleculardesign.com/working/

There are two current issues:

What is that extra "Home" doing below my breadcrumbs, and how can I get rid of it?

My client wants the complete path to show on breadcrumbs, which may include items selected in a sub menu, used in sidebar1 of this page
www.quercusmoleculardesign.com/working/projects

Is there a way to show all the breadcrumbs so they are actually breadcrumbs to be followed back?

I only see 1 home in the breadcrumbs at www.quercusmoleculardesign.com/working/
