I have stared at this for about an hour but I am unable to figure it out.

I'm trying to move the words EMAIL US to the same level as MAKE A RESERVATION.

I have added the following custom code:

#top2 {margin-top:15px;text-transform:uppercase;}
#top4 {margin-top:15px;text-transform:uppercase;}

I had them combined but #top2 was not working so I tried separating them.

I'm trying to figure out why #top2 is not changing. It is located on the #logowrap row of the Buildr Theme. I have stared at my custom code to look for duplicates but still cannot seem to find it.

Any clue what I might be missing?
