My site--www.west-fly-fishing.com--has several main menu tabs, most of which have drop down submenus. All of them work properly except for two of the tabs: Fishing Reports and River Levels. When the user clicks on either of these tabs or on one of their drop down items, the proper page is shown. However, the wrong parent (Home) is highlighted.

All other tabs and drop downs function as expected.

As far as I can tell, all the tabs are set up the same way. Any ideas why two are behaving differently?

Normal article links, but zentools for the drop down menus

Right so try picking one link and creating a menu link for it on a hidden menu

e.g a menu that is enabled but not published on the site

I think the problem is the itemid issue where no menu link creates problems for the Joomla system

I reworked my php code so everything flows through a single article--drop-down menu selections are external (internal) links to the same code with variables passed in the link. Works as expected.
