Hidden Panel documentation?

I'm thinking I might want to deploy this mysterious whatever it is, then I go to the documentation, and that's hidden, too! The mystery deepens.

get it to work.... kidding, sort of.

for one thing, change the name of it. And it's position. Then get the module i'm trying to put in it to stop fighting with the template.

If you have the design tab open on the left then hidden panel is in the right sidebar > Hidden Panel

Panel Trigger text
at the bottom of this panel

Regarding position are you referring to the position of where it is on screen or in the drag and drop layout
