Hi Paul,

It's a busy day for me. While working on the www.hopebaycampground.com website I'm running into an issue when updating information in the template.

When I make any change, the Background Colours for my BOTTOM grid are always erased. I have had them set for none. If I change a setting this is erased. I then have to go back in and add 'none' again.

Any thoughts?

Everything looks good ... so I should be using 'transparent' instead of 'none'. I have been using none on other sites with the same template and they weren't being stripped away. Am I just being lucky?

hmm not entirely sure on that one

I think transparent is the "official position" but I could be wrong

Buildr can be quite sensitive to using wrong values at the moment so I'd be careful with this

LOL ... it has been a long day. It was www.hopebaycampground.com and not the other one we were working on with the menu issues. All is good and I will try the 'transparent'.

I'm running daily backups with Akeeba and also have the daily Rochen Hosting backups just in case. Did you ever subscribe to Watchful for updating your sites?

I did have a look - how are you finding it?

I think Paulo looked at it but we really need to upgrade the JB site first

Yes I did nearly sign up but then a few clients disappeared following Brexit so decided to leave it a bit

Hi Paul,

It appears that I am till having problems after any changes in the backend of www.hopebaycampground.com. The Bottom row (#bottomwrap) changes are deleted after I update the template. I have tried using background: none and transparent but they still don't hold after saving.

Ticket time again?
