Build.r Template not showing module positions

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

I've been using JB Venture template for almost a year. I wanted to change over to Build.r and installed it. When I try to configure for my use, it does not show any module positions.

I'm using Joomla 3.6.4, my site www.bimsrv.com is hosted on Siteground with the free version of Cloudfare CDN.

Hi Ashit,

Sounds like the security extension or php version issue

Have you tried disabling cloudflare?

Any other security extensions?

What php version are you using?

Cheers

Normally I would suggest not working on an existing site when changing a template

I'd look at cloning the existing site using something like akeeba backup and install to either a sub folder or work on a localhost

Then once the site is finished transfer it back using akeeba and delete the old site or re-direct the hosting to the new site folder

Thanks Paul,

I've been having a lot of trouble with cloudfare since today morning. When I disabled Cloudfare, which is what I used to do to configure Venture Template, getting to Joomla Administrator became a problem, after login it would take me to the frontend, then using back button on my browser, I got to the admin control panel. I installed Build.r, and no module positions were visible.

I've been checking out this problem with Siteground support.

I like your suggestion that I rebuild the site in another folder and then redirect later when done to this folder. If my issue is not resolved

Yes you don't want possible clients seeing a site in progress
