Using no-change-phones doesnt seem to be working

Hi Guys

Quick question I am trying to use the no-change-phones class to keep columns on mobile for some text an UL lists, but it doesnt seem to actually do anything.

The site is at jbcameron.rfatestsite.com.au/plumbing

Any help would be appreciated

It isn't intended to work with text like this i'm afraid

Are able to wrap the existing lists in a class?
