Full Screen Slideshow - how to display optimally

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi there

Is there a zentools2 option that will allow a slideshow to fill the full screen (including html) so that when browser size is decreased or it is viewed on different devices it still displays full screen with a smaller version of the image rather than just showing a small part of the larger image?

I have tried to use backstretch slideshow with a minimum height of 1000px but it seems to keep the image the same size when browser size is decreased and just shows a small part of the image.

Thank you.

Hi Brian,

That is the correct behaviour for backstretch but that isn't much use for you

There isn't a full screen option as such - you could have a slideshow go full width of a row

With the screensize you could hide modules at certain widths and have other modules display at certain widths

Although there could be performance issues of the site with different modules in the source code

Cheers

Hi Paul

Thanks for your reply and suggestions.

I'll look into the various options and see which works best.
