Background images in Buildr

I just spent 10 hours trying to get the Basicr template to change the background color or even show an image. I have no problem putting a banner on the front page using Zentools2 and then positioning it to the banner position in the layout. But I have tried everything to get the background to change from being white. My site is pelletbbqguru.com . I even just went in and tried to change the background colors and still nothing changed. Very frustrated for I have lost two days and I do not get paid by the hour. Client love the template but I cannot get past the basics. Also working with Rob in support but wanted to see if anyone else is having my issues.

I think it is this? SUPPORT-8858P3A98G

It was the only thing that looked like a ticket number.

Just checked and I can see this ticket SUPPORT-4M279ORQ6K

Rob has just replied to it - is this the same issue?

His last change did not do anything for the background is still white.

Good news Rob fixed the problem. Had nothing to do with the template but I was using Super Cache with my hosting service SiteGround and because it caches css there was a large delay before I could see any changes. Disabled it and now we are good to go.
