Can I limit the container width in template backend

Hi there,

I want to set a centered container for content. The container white, the background lightgrey.

Can I realize this setting in the template backend. I use Grid4.

For the Row -

With the container that is in the "Container Style"

So this adds a background colour for the content area

To add a colour that the container sits on add a colour to
