Cache Issues

Am having issues with cache with Buildr - Onepage2
No site cache enabled
Background images in the template rows show up when the settings show them not present.
The images are renamed or deleted.
Browser cache cleared and disabled where possible.
Images still appear

agrifeast.com.au/index.php shows this image agrifeast.com.au/images/spreader.jpg This file does not exist on the server.
4 different browsers ... 2 new ones installed just to see what the issue is.

Disabled server cache on my whole account and resolved.
Some reason cache disabled on the domain was not happening
