menu on top of row full height

Hi, I want to put the menu transparent OVER a full-height row containing only a background image.

The content is displayed BELOW when the user scrolls...

So when the user enters only a full-height image is shown.

When they scroll down the sticky top menu appears...

How can this be done???

1. The full height option was added to the last version of Buildr.

You can read about it how it was implemented in the OnePageTwo child theme here:

2. The sticky menu is a feature of the template already and you just need to enable that:
