preset not saving ALL config

I used the xero preset as start.

Before doing anything, I saved the default preset (XERO) with a new name (SITE-DEFAULT) and do changes in the new preset.

After done, saved the new preset with other name to continue personalization (SITE-HOMEPAGE) but some of the modifications where not saved in the new preset...

Hi

With the modifications that are not saving these are all styling options and not layout e.g. positions etc?
