It is possible to remove the word ‘more’ from the hamburger menu?
Also how do I change this menu's colour?

In most case the hamburger text is changed in the menu tab under off canvas, then in the field Offcanvas trigger text you will see the word more. Delete or replace this text.

Also in this section you can change the button style, which can effect the colour, so worth seeing if altering this will give you an effect that you want on the hamburger.

Alternatively go in to the design tab and look for the off canvas style option or the menu dropdowns. These control the colours and backgrounds for the menu.

There are some case that the off canvas menu and hamburger could be control by another module in the later version of buildr. If the above does not work for your site then please post a link to the site and I'm sure the JB team will help you further when they are online.
