Sorry to be a pest but I thought I'd get all my questions out there in one fell swoop.

I can't seem to get the icons to work. For instance, I've used the syntax {zen-user}{/zen-user} and nothing appears.

Could I be missing a plugin?

Just noticed the syntax gets stripped out of my forum post. So I use:

curly brackets:zen-user -- followed by close curly brackets zen-user

Do you have the shortcodes installed?

Are you able to attach the settings of that plugin if its installed

The only problem left is how to get the slideshow to size rather than crop. I'm still working out how to send you a screen shot of my phone.
