Hi there,

I have just tried to install Buildr template. When I was tring to enter the template in backed, I got stuck because it didn't simply work showing a 500 error.
All the requirements were downloaded, installed and enabled.
Simply it does not work.
Any ideas?

Do you see any error in the browser console window?

Are you able to install other Joomla Bamboo templates?

Hi Paul,

I was able to install another (corporation) template and it runs as expected on the live site.
I installed Buildr on localhost, it works fine there but not on my live site. Here is the message I get (in Hungarian):

A(z) www.online-angol.com oldal nem működik
A(z) www.online-angol.com jelenleg nem tudja kezelni ezt a kérést.
500

It says that the www.online-angol.com is not working since it is not able to handle this request, and there the 500 I guess refers to the error.
That's it.
A white full blank page with a said smiley on top

When I change the default template to Buldr, the template work on front end, it is just useless because I cannot set up anything this way.

I think this was an issue with a htaccess file but can't be sure.

If you are having an issue, please open a ticket with login information so we can take a look.
