Hi

I have a developer account.

When I log in and try to download a template, I get the system message "File not available on the server"

Please let me know how to proceed

Hi Mikki,

I think there might be some issues relating to a server move yesterday.

While the team are fixing the issue, could you please open a ticket and let me know which files you need and I can give you a direct download link.
