Missing Installer plugins

With a recent release of Joomla you may encounter this screen

To fix this follow these steps

Go to extensions > manage > and click discover

This will reveal partial installs

Select all the plugins and install

Then go to plugin manager and filter using installer

Then enable all the plugins by clicking the cross

Which will leave the install options fully functional
