I've tried to change the header / menu colour to solid blue (no transparency) on the following site:

I changed the Top Area Overlay fade to 0% and the colour to blue. nothing seemed to change.

Hang on. It eventually changed after a few refreshes. now I tried 100% waiting to see if that works.

so you want the top area completely opaque?
