I get nothing but a picture of a computer and pen on a desk when doing a fresh install of the Corporation template.

Any ideas? Nothing I do will change it.

I tried wiping the site and reinstalling with the same result. Looks like the Quickstart is broken.

Are you uploading the quickstart file to the server and then extracting it?

With the download size - what size is the zip? (just want to check the file has downloaded correctly)

Are you able to access the admin side? if so can you use the global config to set error reporting to maximum

Yes. Uploading and then unzipping.

Size is 39.8 MB (41,796,794 bytes).

I am able to access the admin side and have set the global reporting to maximum. This is what that page shows:

Looks like this is an issue with the php version. I was on 5.3

Upgraded to 5.6 native and I'm good to go. Apparently the old site that I wiped used 5.3.

Issue fixed.

But the first error you posted (mb_strlen) is because php-mbstring isn't enabled/installed

This library is needed for resizing images but with the upgrade in the php you must have moved to an install with this library already installed

No. I don't think so. If I am having this much trouble configuring this site into a workable product...the staff who actually have to work with it on a daily basis will never figure it out.

We are going back to Shape5.

Can you cancel my account and refund the membership fee? I will gladly show you we have deleted the template and are going with a Shape5 template.
