Can not find this module in Corporation Template

Hi Me Again...I have looked all over kingdom come in order to try to access this module or whatever it is on the home page… When you are on the home page of the corporation template and choose the “meet the team link in what looks like a breadcrumbs menu (although I could not find the menu any where either)..Articles with a category of meet the team come up. However I can not find the mechanism that controls it. Can you please help me find that mechanism and the menu that has the links to it.. Please see the attachement.
