Thats why i wish to give white color to the logo module position, without any background image.

can you be specific in what you want to change - perhaps attach a pic with the areas marked

The background image covers the entire area of the page

It is it only under the logo and menu you want the background image removed or covered up?

the site i am setting up is this:
www.sandwichpanelplant.com

in the upper area u can see the logo module with background color #E6E6E6

i wish to make it white (#FFFFFF) but that would make the white menu disappear.

can u please let me know if its also possible have different font link colors between the main menu and the dropdown menu?

i am not able to choose different colors between these two elements, as you can see now on the page i am setting up.

Does changing the drop down style not work?
