Background image from quickstart

I have an Ascent2 quickstart website here:

holmevalley.churchesaliveonline.com

I have altered the template settings to select a new background image. I don't see it though. I've tried clearing the cache, and viewing in a different browser. I've tried clicking on Compiling less to CSS but it just spins round and doesn't save (I've tried different browsers). I've also tried updating joomla, the template and associated extensions.

How big file size is the image?

431kb compared with 397kb in the quickstart background image.

What is the filename of the file?

Can you try removing - and _ from the file name

That sorted it. When I use a shorter file name it saves.
