The first issue is as the error explains you need to adjust either the php.ini file or the htaccess

The file is too big for the current upload max file and post size

You can either adjust this yourself in your hosting account or ask the host to increase these values

The second error could relate to zentools2 not installing fully due to the first error

So I'd fix the first issue and then try and re-install it

With the quickstart you get this error after uploading to an empty folder? a quickstart can't be installed to an existing site

Yes, the limit increased. This error was, and if you install only the theme and in the case of Quickstart installation.

After installation Quickstart I tried to update Zentools 2 to version 2.33 Zentools before upgrading to Joomla 3.6.5. And this error. Maybe you tell me how to update Zentools 2?

The error related to the size of the file being installed as it was too big for hosting accounts upload limits - this would have also affecting zentools2

Are you on 3.6.5 now?

Can you install akeeba backup core if you haven't already? - this is a great backup extension (this version is also fee)
