JB Medica template and Mod_skillset

Hello everyone,Does anyone know of any inherent reason why mod_skillset will not animate on the Medica template? I am using the default bar skillset and it displays the animation as it should in the demo in the admin side, but it will not display the percentage bar colour at all in the front-end.

None of the skillset types, eg, circular, count work either.
Developer tools in Chrome indicate it may be a jQuery problem, but I don't know how to fix it. Any help would be much appreciated.
