Reduce banner image height

Where are the settings to alter the image height for the banner image?

Reducing the physical height doesn't work as it gets resized.

Tried CSS but something over riding that

In the template settings - have you adjusted?

Banner extra top margin

It's in the second section down in the

theme tab > Padding and Spacing

Got rid of all that
Image I have is 100px high and it gets resized to 220px
Just testing at that height

I have the following I'm seeking to change
Can't find where it's dragging it from or what to override it with

element.style {
height: 220px;
}
