Missing icons

What setting do I need to change to show the native Joomla icons/tool-tips? They are missing in the front end.

Specifically, in the native Joomla login module: <i class="icon-question-sign"></i>

I think this may be a gap in my knowledge on this -

Are you referring to username and password?

Can you point me to your login page

You can see/recreate the issue by adding an item to cart here and then got to step 2 of the checkout process.

Can you try installing JB Type to see if this adds the icons

please also check the icons used on the site after installing

check to see if any conflict happens with icons

I installed JB type which restored the icons but added extra ones where not needed as well. I hid these with css.
