Menu and Top Image Issues

Have some weird issues on my NFP sitefuturelandscapes.cultivate.org.au/index.php
* Top Menu - doesn't sticky - this is enabled
* Contact - Footer Position set in template config one page menu - not showing
* Banner Image - not showing -Banner Image/ Select a Folder doesn't function - as per image
