Lines above and below H1 copy

I'm trying to locate the CSS that adds the lines above and below H1 text but I'm not having any luck. Although I've located what appears to be all the H1 attributes in the theme style, I can't find any code that applies that effect. I'm assuming it's a margin-bottom attribute?

I'm not sure where to look for the lines above the h1 tag

I can't seem to see a h1 tag and can't see any lines/borders

Sorry, Paul, I removed the H1 headings from the site as I wasn't making any progress so I opted for image headings instead. I was mistaken, it's not above but only below any copy set to H1 in the theme.
