background picture in banner position via ZenTools

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi there,

I published a picture in a ZenTools 2 module in the banner position as illustrated in the docs for Medica.

There are two issues I have and want to solve:

a) The picture is not displayed behind the menu and logo area on default. This means a new visitor sees the picture below the menu and logo section. But this changes after scrooling. When scrolling back up, suddenly the picture is displayed behind the section.

b) It is only one picture. Still I see the gallery navigation and a kind of thumbnail. I tried to disable it in ZenTools. Does not work.

Thanks a lot

Hi There,

1) I see the pic straight away - is this still an issue for you?

2) Can you attach a screenshot of your settings for this

Cheers

hi there,

1) Maybe I was not describing the issue well enough. I also can see the picture. It is just not behind the logo and menu, but below.

2) Solved it on the way to the screenshot.

thanks for the help

Do you have lazyload enabled in the template settings panel?

No problem.

Lazyload was enabled. I disabled it now, but it does not have an effect.

BTW how can I work with the .none selector?

Thanks

sorry that can be confusing

What are you looking to remove lazy load from?

if its a module try using the id and img

or a more generic style .zentools img

I disabled lazyload in the template settings as you asked for it.
The pictures problems stays.

As I saw that there are advanced options in the template description I thought I ask.

Key issue is how I can get the picture behind the logo and menu. Is it maybe size?

This is happening because the default compressed js file that gets loaded with the template needs to be updated. We will be releasing an update for this but if you have this issue now it will be solved by compressing scripts in the admin again or disabling the load compressed js file - both in the settings panel in the template admin.
Thanks
