Greetings, after installing the quickstart package I wanted to change the color scheme to one that is available but when changing the whole layout changed by making the front page slider full width forcing the whole page to change appearance. I tried to correct it but after many tests could not. I also would like to insert pictures rather pulling them from articles. Any tips would be welcome as I am stymied.

Good Morning Paul,

I have reinstalled the Gazetta quickstart package again so I have the layout exactly as on the demo site. I then changed the default "flat" for "blues" and the layout changes. When reverting back to "flat" the full layout remains so I cannot revert to the original layout. Two screens attached.

I want to put pics in the slide show manually and not pulled from content, and may not want them linked at all just a text layer to show on the bottom.

I may be trying to use this beauty in a manner it is not intended, would like to keep the elegant styling in place before changing my content which will be about 1/2 in accordions in different categories. I take it for granted that i'll be able to manually put content into the accordions. Will look into the documentation for a these two things, but wasn't able to find the slider solution yet, hence my request of your assistance once again.

I think I'm going to move to working with Corporation instead as it appears that it is more friendly to my needs so please disregard bothering with this. I do have questions on the Corporation theme but will ask them in the appropriate manner. Also, keeping an eye out on a new release; give a pig a finger ...
