Language flags above the Top Menu

Hi Folks,

how can I set the two language flags above the Top Menu (Kontakt, Impressum, ...) only for the mobile view? See attached file.

Are you able to have the flags in top1 and menu items in top4?

Can you try adding this to your custom.css file

#top4 {padding-right:88px}
