how to make a series of edging menu?

I published menu
Then I make the menu item "Text Separator"
Then publish the following menu and parks to the "Text Separator"
How do I get the menu after the title, menu items would be edged in the region (as you have in the demo menu Features, gazetta)
How to make all the menu items after "Text Separator" would be in the loop with the rim.
How to set the size of the individual menu items (I put 3 full size, and they are dispersed)

I'm a bit unclear with what you want to achieve - can you elaborate a little or add a pic perhaps of the demo site pointing to what you want you accomplish
