Getting carousel to show one at a time?

On the testionials item on this dev page, I'm having a hard time getting a ZT carousel to show only one item in a fullwidth zenmenu dropdown. (And I can't find a field where I can specify the width of a particular menu item's dropdown or behavior, eg click or hover, so there's a feature request or two for when you aren't busy.)

it's possible the huge number of css overrides pertaining to this menu alone might be a source of interference.
